Web Design and Analytics
This module is designed to familiarise students with key concepts central to web design and web analytics and it also provides a guide to implementing a successful web site and web analytics strategy. The module involves both conceptual and practical aspects, including coding in HTML5 and CSS. Topics include: web design; web development; web usability and user experience; designing for mobile, web analytics; goal setting strategies; metrics and measurement; search engine optimization and leveraging the Social Web.
