We cover the theory, practice and evidence on corporate investment and financing decisions: capital budgeting, capital structure, cost of capital, raising finance, dividend policy, agency issues, corporate control and governance.

Good core/option module to boost your final year GPA, based on the midterm and final exam this year. Not 5 stars because the tutorials were not great and were a bit of a mess (sometimes happened during the other offering of lectures when another core module was going on)
