- An overall star rating, the percentage of students who would recommend the module, and the spread of ratings
- How worthwhile and how interesting students found the module
- The hours per week a module actually took, reported by students, alongside the official assessment breakdown from the catalogue
- Difficulty and pace, presented as neutral descriptions rather than as good or bad
- Which lecturers taught the module, how they were rated on that module, and in which terms
- Written reviews covering what the module was like in practice and advice for future students
- Search and filter tools by code, title, college, and level

How module ratings are calculated
A module's headline score is the average of the overall rating only — it is never a blend of the other categories. Every other figure carries its own denominator: the percentage who would recommend a module is a share of the students who answered that question, not of all reviewers.
Averages are withheld until at least three students have answered the specific question, and each figure travels with the number of reviews behind it and the most recent term reviewed. Where available, aggregate rating values and rating counts are exposed in structured data on module detail pages.
Grades are collected only as broad bands, are shown only as a group, and are suppressed entirely on modules where fewer than five students have reported one.
Data and moderation notes
Reviews are written by verified UCD students, are published anonymously, and can change over time. Ratings of teaching are attached to the named lecturer for that module only; the platform publishes no cross-module ranking of staff. Missing or unavailable module pages are marked as noindex to avoid low-value indexing.
